We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. Therefore, we offer rescheduling and refund options based on the conditions outlined below. Where possible, we encourage users to reschedule instead of cancelling to ensure they donβt miss out on the sacred benefits of the services.

Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are processed.
A.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are eligible under the following conditions:
A.1.1 Puja Services
A.1.1.1 Refund Requested Before the Puja Date:
A.1.1.1.1 Incorrect Package Selected (e.g., individual instead of partner puja).
A.1.1.1.2 Incorrect Puja Booked.
A.1.1.1.3 Special Circumstances β such as death in the family, periods, birth of a baby, or any other personal reason, provided the request is raised before the puja starts.
A.1.1.1.4 Incorrect Thithi or Date for Puja:
A.1.1.1.4.1 If the Thithi or date selected for the puja is incorrect, users can request rescheduling of the service.
A.1.1.1.4.2 Refunds will be processed only if the user does not wish to reschedule.
Note: Refund requests must be raised at least one day prior to the scheduled puja. Requests made on the same day of the puja are generally not eligible for a refund, especially if preparations have already been initiated. Exceptions may be made only in rare cases at the discretion of the RaysVeda.com team.
A.1.1.2 Refund Requested Within 7 Days After the Puja Date / Video Delivery Date, as applicable:
A.1.1.2.A RaysVeda-side Issues (Eligible for Full Refund):
A.1.1.2.A.1 Name missed or mispronounced during the puja β Refund must be requested within 7 days from the date the video is received.
A.1.1.2.A.2 Puja cancelled or rescheduled by the RaysVeda.com team, and the user opts not to reschedule.
A.1.1.2.B User-side Issues (Refund Processed as a Courtesy):
A.1.1.2.B.1 Duplicate booking.
A.1.1.2.B.2 Double payment.
Note: Although these situations are not caused by a service error, RaysVeda.com will still process the refund upon internal verification to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our users.
A.1.2 Seva Bhav
A.1.2.1 Refund Requested Before the Seva Bhav Date:
A.1.2.1.1 The user requests cancellation before the scheduled Seva Bhav.
A.1.2.1.2 Request to edit Sankalp: If a user wishes to edit the Sankalp after it has been finalized and it is not possible to do so, a refund will be processed.
A.1.2.1.3 Stop Auto-Subscription β In such cases, no refund will be issued for already processed Seva Bhav orders. Only upcoming Seva Bhav services will be cancelled to stop further charges.
A.1.2.2Refund Requested Within 7 Days After Offering date / Receiving the Seva Bhav Video, as applicable:
A.1.2.2.1 Name missed or mispronounced.
A.1.2.2.2 Seva Bhav did not perform correctly.
A.1.2.2.3 Delay in Seva Bhav video delivery beyond 5β7 working days.
A.1.2.2.4 Delay in Prasad delivery beyond Aβ10 working days.
A.1.3 Kundli Services, Astrology Services, Numerology Services, Vastu Services, Yoga & Meditation Consulting
A.1.3.1 Network issues from RaysVeda.com (Person who provide services & consulting) side causing major disruptions (call drops, inaudibility).
A.1.3.2 RaysVeda.com (Person who provide services & consulting) unable to communicate fluently in the stated language.
A.1.3.3 RaysVeda.com (Person who provide services & consulting) delayed responses (over 3 minutes without intimation).
A.2 Refund Processing Timeline
A.2.1 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the request is approved.
A.2.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
A.2.3 Users will receive a confirmation message once their refund has been processed.
A.3 Refund Policy Guidelines
A.3.1 Time Frame for Refund Requests:
A.3.1.1 For Puja and Seva Bhav services, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the puja or seva bhav video receipt, or before the service date.
A.3.1.2 For Kundli, Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Yoga & Meditation services, complaints must be raised immediately after the session or within 1 hour of service completion.
A.3.2 Video Review for Puja/Seva Bhav:
A.3.2.1 A video of the service will be shared within 3-4 working days. Issues (such as mispronunciation or name missed) must be reported within 7 days of video receipt.
A.3.3 Rescheduling Option:
A.3.3.1 If a refund is not eligible, users will be offered the option to reschedule the Puja or Seva Bhav.
A.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios
A.4.1 Puja and Seva Bhav Services:
A.4.1.1 Discrepancies (e.g., missed names) reported after 7 days of receiving the video.
A.4.1.2 External circumstances like personal issues, if not reported before the puja starts.
A.4.2 Kundli, Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Yoga & Meditation Services:
A.4.2.1 Session already moved to processing or assigned.
A.4.2.2 Temporary platform glitches without disruption of final service.
A.4.2.3 Incorrect or incomplete user information.
A.4.2.4 Dissatisfaction with kundli consulting, astrological predictions, numerology predictions, vastu consulting, yoga & meditation consulting or outcomes, as kundli, astrology, numerology, vastu, yoga & meditation is guidance-based and does not guarantee results.
A.4.3 Refunds will not be processed if misuse or abuse of the policy is suspected.
A.5 Refund Exceptions
A.5.1 Force Majeure:
A.5.1.1 In case of natural disasters or major disruptions, a full refund will be processed or the user will be given the option to reschedule.
A.5.2 Technical Issues:
A.5.2.1 If there is a mistake from our side (e.g., missing video, failure to perform Puja/Seva Bhav, RaysVeda.com(The Person who provide services & consulting)), we will either process a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
A.6 Final Notes
By booking any service (Puja, Seva Bhav, Kundli, Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Yoga & Meditation) with RaysVeda.com, users agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. We highly encourage all users to review this policy carefully before booking any service.
